Since most of us live & work outside of Oklahoma, we cherish opportunities to share our passions for human spaceflight in our local communities as well. We also work with a lot of awesome people that share our mission in their home states too.

Oklahoma and Beyond
While we would love to see more Oklahomans join our industry, the heart of our mission is that we want every child to have the opportunity to see themselves using their unique talents to support the future of human spaceflight. SpaceOkie members believe in the power of diverse perspectives and are ready to share our universal messages with a classroom or event near you. Outside of Oklahoma, we have members active in the Washington D.C., Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, Texas, and Florida. We also have many amazing friends and colleagues that share our passion for human spaceflight that would love to come talk to a classroom or event near you. Space Exploration Is So Much More Than Critical Math & Science.
While most of us do love our math & science, we use a lot of other skills in our jobs too. Do you love to read? write? draw? play videos games? Then you are critical to the future of human space exploration! Human Space Exploration is a great topic for any class.
In-person and remote volunteers
While we strive to do as many engagements as possible in-person, most of our club members are willing to do remote or virtual sessions.

I am an executive-level engineer passionate about empowering underrepresented students and early-career professionals. As an immigrant of humble beginnings, I’ve experienced how education transforms lives, opens doors, and enables success through determination and effort. My mission is to empower underrepresented STEM students and professionals with guidance, insights, and inspiration. I aim to help them stay focused, achieve their goals, and unlock opportunities through practical advice and conversations with STEM leaders.
